Any commentary about ACRO selling into record low territory this year. The volume was small, and the market makers showed their usual courage by supporting the stock. Here is the funny story. Try buying more than 500 shares at 3 1/8. Won't happen. Marketmaker will sell you 500 and then immediately move the bid/asked to 3-3 3/16 and you can play the same game all over again for another 500 shares.
