We have inflation in:

real estate
healthcare
education
services labor

We have deflation in:

manufactured products -globalization and its cheap labor

commodities which have long time lags.

Wait till you see the size of the hog and cow herd go up when the cost of corn has dropped by 50%.

That will take us into next late summer to see it.

What we're seeing now is the downsized herds that occurred from the 2012 draught and sky high corn prices in 2013 - which have now been broken with less demand for ethanol.

I suspect we'll see some farm land price declines which have gone sky high over the last 3-5 years.

With our crude oil production and declining trade balances, I suspect we'll see dollar strength and that will also put pressure on all commodities.
