Alphonse,

Yes, Rizzone has indicated today the chip is in. They are right on schedule, hence the strong showing today. I bought some more this morning and will continue to accumulate on dips.

As you said it "we will know before year end". I've been following this philly for over a year and a half. I think it's time to see if she can run. I know we're not alone,there have always been heavies present on conference calls.
