David Holmes-Kinsella is still there. Of course he is not on the team that builds the product, he's in the professional services group, as is Tony Vinayak. R.J. Burke has been involved in Centura for years, first as a developer using the product and now he works (I believe) on development of the products. Earl is very popular. There is a chance, I suppose of an exodus. The employees have remained extremely loyal in the past however. Considering that Centura is located in silicon valley where the demand for good development staff is astronomical, the fact that there still are a lot of familiar names says quite a bit.
