Yes we are at the tailend of the 3wave up( 2 of 5).

There should be one last good run and then it will go into a multi month decline.

5 waves up often extend - but they can also truncate.

My bet is it will be centered around the mid year elections - uncertainty.

Of course the train wreck of AHA will have huge impact as well - we may have just seen it ugly head rear up with the unemployment numbers.

Any one who thinks small businesses are hiring is numb and blind.

Obamacare has people firing people to get below 50 employees.

When it is all done and over- employers will pay more to keep peole that are key and make them all work harder as they shuck the marginal players.

That is hard t o see as constructive.

My brother in law heads up one of the largest law firms in Chicago - he says the people on top will adjust things such that they do not lose income and the rest will maybe have insurance or have to find their own with the company giving them a flat amount ot fend for themselves.The difference between being deductible for the company will allow them to boost the monthly stipend to employees n- but they may have to fend on their own.

JAN AND I HAVE 2-3 YEARS TO GO AND WE'LL BE ON MEDICARE.

Then after contributing all of our lives we'll be means tested out of receiving benefits.sigh

You can see the crap sticking to the wall already eh?
