went to a seed growers conference in Portland , Or yesterday. Johnny Thomas spoke to the group. He stated that they could have a biotech agreement signed in the next two to six weeks. "It's just a matter of crossing the t's and dotting the i's." Also stated that will reach their goal of 500 million sales with the new acquisitions to be added before July 98. Stated that they might sell a private placement equity position of significant size in
the near future, to be followed by a secondary offering in late 98.
IMHO they will shortly be signing a biotech agreement with a chemical company in the near future. The private placement could be the same partner taking an equity position in abtx.

thought I'd come out of the shadows for a while and share what I know.
