STLMD: You hit the nail on the head. It is difficult to value TPRO because Jenkins plans to grow by acquisition. I saw him put up an overhead 18 months ago with dots in cities where he had already identified acquisition candidates. Y2K has sidetracked him from that plan, but it will provide the cash to make TPRO a far larger, stronger company. Small manufacturing companies in every sector are consolidating and becoming national in order to do just-in-time delivery for their clients. They need a national systems integrator that can handle the diversity of cobbled together manufacturing companies. That's TPRO's long-term advantage. The base business is consolidating a fragmented industry, and is tuned to a macro-trend. Y2K is the goose, the golden egg is further out. Jenkins knows this.
