I'm expecting (and hoping) that Contango will release an operational update very soon. Maybe this coming week. USEG should follow with one right afterwards. So far all indications with the well completions in the Buda is that USEG will have sharply higher revenues for the 4Q ant the 1Q of 2014 should be really strong. I believe that they will finally beat analyst estimates by a bunch. I think this is still an very cheap entry point. USEG trades options and I believe that could be a good way to get some leverage. I have some May $2.50 calls that I am very optimistic about and am looking to add some more. The company has not updated their investor presentation on their website since last summer. I find that incredible with all that has happened since then. They will be updating it for the OGIS Florida & IPAA Strategic Planning Conference on February 12th, followed up by EnerCom San Francisco scheduled for Wednesday, February 19th. In any event, lots of good news about the company should be going out to the investor community over the next month. I am taking the slow release of news up until now as a positive. The company hasn't had much to brag about for a long time and I think they would like to release a lot of good news in a short time frame to get the SP back near fair value which is north of $5. IMO.
