Fill your menu with foods that are high in micro nutrients... I use the code GOMBS... Greens, Onions, Mushrooms, Beans, and Seeds and nuts... also, all the protein I want... these foods are low in carbs and high in micro nutrients, this means they fill you up and you stay full longer...

Don't count calories, all calories are not the same... 2000 calories of pizza is not the same as 2000 calories of string beans and a steak or hamburger without the bun...

Here's a typical daily menu, although it varies widely since i do make all kinds of prepared dishes, all of them healthy and really delicious...

For breakfast I have 3 eggs cooked in organic butter and some slices of cheese, only organic... organic foods contain no preservatives therefore they do not stay in your body and preserve the fat... the preservatives they put into your food also preserves the fat in your body, making it impossible to lose the weight... so, organic is the way to go... I have two full cups of strong espresso with my breakfast...

For lunch I have a large romaine salad with cheese (cheddar, Swiss, whatever you like and as much as you want) with a good handful of toasted sunflower seeds and some walnuts mixed into the salad...

I drink only water, nothing else... no soda, diet soda, nothing but water, and lots of it... that keeps you hydrated and it helps to wash out the toxins that could be in your foods...

For dinner, any veggie, as much as I want, a side of meat, fish, or chicken, shrimp, whatever... maybe one slice of rye bread, certainly NOT white bread...

The only rice I have is basmati rice since it's lower in starch and higher in protein...

During the day and especially in the evening if/when I feel like snacking i have an apple or a pear, maybe some cantaloupe...

If i want something sweet, I have my own dark chocolate fudge with walnuts which I make with agave and virgin unrefined coconut oil...

Believe me, I don't go hungry, but these foods fill me up and are very delicious... and plenty of water, lots of it...

I hope this was helpful...
