Teleservices International Group Inc. (TSI) focuses on providing value-added services to the $75 billion inbound teleservices market. The Company combines an extraordinary devotion to customer satisfaction with state-of-the-art telecommunications technology, proprietary customized computer integrated telephony, advanced training techniques, and a reputation for being easy to do business with to create a competitive edge for itself and its clients.
TSI developed its expertise in the teleservices market through varied teleservice subsidiaries, Visitors Services International, American International Travel Agency, and GuaranTEE Time, Inc. The Company is already recognized as a leader in providing leisure, event, and convention housing services to the Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) segment of the travel and tourism industry.
The Company's GuaranTEE Time (GTT) subsidiary is poised to automate the archaic tee-time process throughout the United States and Western Europe. GTT's successful beta site installation in Milwaukee, together with recent public announcements by potential competitors, confirm GTT's six to twelve month technology and distribution lead in this market segment.
TSI intends to leverage its teleservice expertise into other high-growth, high-margin industry segments including the financial, insurance, telecommunications, entertainment and publishing sectors. It is also assessing significant opportunities in the consumer products, technology (customer service and "help desks") and non-profit arenas.
The Company is well positioned to command a dominant share of what is expected to be a $10 billion outsourced teleservices market with its unparalleled ability to aggregate fragmented services and enhance communication links between providers and end users.
TSI's senior management team has built an aggressive sales and marketing group of proven winners to identify and select the best opportunities in what can best be described as the ultimate seller's market for teleservice providers. The Company's most significant challenge to date has been harnessing the technology to implement a variety of opportunities rather than the more traditional challenge of finding them.
  Technology
TSI has proprietary software technology which provides a distinct competitive edge across market segments. The software uses a unique three-tier design which assures extraordinary flexibility. Applications are developed faster, system enhancements are significantly easier to manage, and Internet access to any of the applications is greatly simplified.
TSI has also made significant investments in telecommunications hardware and software. Automatic call distribution (ACD) systems from major vendors provide call sequence and distribution. This capability is integrated with a state-of-the-art interactive voice response (IVR) system, which is employed to give preference to those that generate higher revenues. A major investment was recently made to incorporate a call routing system, which forwards calls to specific agents based on a customized profile of their skills.
