Pistol Bay Mining (PST-V) hires Strike for IR services, arranges financing and RZ-V completes first drill hole at Summit B.

Pistol Bay Mining Inc. has engaged Strike Communications Inc. to assist the company with a strategic mix of corporate communications and investor relations services aimed at increasing investor awareness. The agreement, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, is for an initial period of three months, renewable on a monthly basis thereafter on mutual agreement.Under the terms of the agreement, the company will pay Strike Communications $8,000 per month plus applicable taxes. In addition, Strike Communications will receive 300,000 options according to the company's stock option plan and the policies of the TSX-V. In accordance with exchange regulation TSX Policy 4.4, Section 2.3(b), these options will vest over a period of 12 months.

Strike Communications is a full-service corporate communications and investor relations firm specializing in helping public junior mining and emerging mineral exploration companies listed on the TSX-V develop and expand market recognition through effective, results-oriented marketing and communications.

The company further announces that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to four million units for total proceeds of up to $240,000, subject to the approval of the TSX-V.

Up to four million units will be issued as non-flow-through units at a price of six cents per unit, consisting of one common share and one whole warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share of the company at a price of 10 cents per share for 18 months from the date of closing.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used for general working capital. Finders fees, as allowed pursuant to the policies of the TSX-V, may be payable in connection with the offering.

Jan 13, 1014 - News Release

Revolver Resources (RZ-V) has completed the first 400-metre drill hole of its planned 1,000-metre three diamond-drill-hole program on the Summit B property located in northwest British Columbia. The first drill hole is being split and will be sent to be assayed, with the results expected in the next weeks. Revolver anticipates the completion of the next two drill holes within the next three weeks.
