Looked at 2 sources of Financials for this company. In the last 10 years the company has reported No Top Line Revenue and Ongoing Bottom Line Losses. This company has been living off Paid-in Capital from Sale of Shares. What has the market believed it was getting for its money? The hope that it would "develop" something and then behave, financially, like a "normal" outfit?
