Thanks. Classic "free markets solve everything" argument, however. I don't see it addressing the issues raised in Ezra Klein's post.

I'm still interested in whether they, the FCC, plans to rewrite that badly written regulation which is the source of this decision. And which the courts actually asked them to rewrite.
