I don't now about this 70-20-10 thing-but let me tell you something my friend, you need luck toooo!!! I always buy short term puts or calls on unrerlying secutity. Yesterday after reading the NYTimes article on OXHP I decided it was going down, lookin at the chart decided had to break the 20, to buy the puts as the support there was big. So I did somethingI rarely do; and always make money with, but not a killing - I sold a naked DEC 20 call and got 1 5/16 premium, to day covered @ 3/16. If I had bought the puts, a killing!
