Rodney,

I thought I had printed out your last earnings estimate, but I cannot find it anywhere. I scanned for the post quickly, but did not find it.

I finished my 4th quarter estimate tonight and without getting into all the details I assumed that the company will complete the Darlington acquistion. I don't know what the average number of shares outstanding will be. Is it figured on a weighted average number of days outstanding, or will all the warrant shares be considered dilutive since they were "in the money" or "callable." Anyway, I used the full 10,000,000 shares. My final tally shows $.14 per share for the fourth quarter. I don't know what we will hit for total for the year as although I folded Darlington into my fourth quarter estimate, I did not go back and fold into prior quarters...and yes, I paid taxes in the fourth quarter!

Interestingly enough, I did some quick and dirty estimates for 1998 based on the hoped for 1,000 VGM's and the 40 bingo centers the company hopes to own in 1998 and I come to a per share earnings of $.86 per share. Not bad! :) Obviously that number is not real set in stone. It will be interesting to see what the analyst Robert Kecseg comes up with. I will let you all know as soon as I do.

GO PACK GO!

-Scott
