Although Heartsoft is considered "non reporting by the SEC because we do not have 2 years of audited financials behind us yet, as I understand the NASD rule changes which will affect the Bulletin Board companies, it's designed to eleminate the bottom 1/3rd of companies who are garbage -

The NASD rule changes imply that a company must file regular reports with the SEC - we do that, big difference between being fully reporting as required by the SEC and filing regular reports by the NASD - I don't see a problem, but as this is an important issue - we will reconfirm anticipated rule changes and make sure that we meet or exceed those standards by the time they are implemented.
