the title bar - one will say JBuilder, one will say Valhalla

Thank you. That is exactly the information I was searching for, in my clumsy fashion. And by the way, my question to you assumed absolutely that you were 100% familiar with JBuilder. That was, in fact, the whole point. Only people with your intimate knowledge would know it is JBuilder - everybody else thinks it is an Oracle product called Valhalla.

All I'm saying is that I do not know if you would call this reselling!

Prima facie, this is not reselling, it is licensing. And the difference is not a matter of pedantic semantics, but of revenue and profitablility. A question of "how many copies of Oracle's Valhalla do you need to sell to generate the same revenue as one copy of Borland's JBuilder". If the answer is greater than one, this is called cannibalisation.
