It was just a stupid idea to begin with, and the piss-poor enrollment numbers ('though overstated) are bearing that out.

....all true.....but there is NOTHING to stop it.............Insurer losses are very limited and so rates will only rise by the same amount.....to cover the losses......the rest made up by BAILOUTS............and all the while Obama will claim how the rates have not increased much at all after the first year. Just watch.
