To all: Here's a post from AOL toady, second hand yes, but I think it sheds some light on what's happening right now - namely nothing except that we are on track with the production plans. I think this poster is
honest about what he was told.

Hello Everyone,

I have never posted nor am I going to blow alot of hot air on this stock. Just the facts.

First of all I have a very large position in this stock and my average price is a hair over 8.5. Even at these levels, my only concern is for the poor guys that would buy a speculative stock on margin. This situation is only helping to drive the stock down.

I spoke with Cal Reed today around 4:00 eastern time. The following are the facts that I was able to pull from him.

1. Production is still on schedule.
2. He informed the board that he was leaving the company at least two months before it happened.
3. Nothing has changed within the company fundamentally, but the stock has decreased almost 50% in value over the past month.
4. Investor Relations has been terrible, to say the least, and this will no doubt change in the future due to the change at the top. Cal openly admitted that he is an engineer by trade and not a marketeer.
5. The negative posts about Berg are the furthest thing from the truth-per Cal 'He is one of most decent guys that I know in this world.'
6. Archibald is exploring different financing options that are now alot tougher since the price is depressed.
7. I have also spoke with Jordan Goldstein, (nice name) who handles their investor relations, if that is what you call it. She is basically out of the loop with everything and is not the happiest camper with crazy guys like me calling.

Cal also mentioned that ULBI contract with Mitsch. is only a few shifts work for the high speed line that will soon be in place at VLNC, so this is no big deal except for ULBI's excellent relations with shareholders and how they keep their customers (shareholders) informed.

I have alot of respect for FMK and his posting over the past and I honestly can say that this VLNC thing is going to happen real soon and he is going to be a GOD. This is not going to happen until management turns more proactive with information. The best example of this is the Cal Reed retiring news and his boat and his grandchildren, what the hell is that??? They could of put a very good spin on this since they knew well in advance of his plans,
or did they want to drive the stock down so some big boys with some inside information can get in real cheap?? Sounds far fetched, but you will see soon when this baby recovers that there is some truth to that. Big time MM are buying in little chunks in order to keep the price as depressed as possible for now. Read this post now and again around mid Feb and you will probable see a 10 difference in the stock. you heard it here first.

It will happen,

Regards,

JeffSlope
