Evan, Sorry, I wasn't ignoring you guys. I've been trying to get a little more information about the Branson deal, particularly the possible worth of AGTI's property there. I even talked to a realtor in Branson today who informed me that certain commercially-zoned properties are worth incredible amounts of money. This news is great, assuming AGTI doesn't succomb to an offer out of desperation. I take comfort in the fact that Firoz Lakhani was a real estate guru in Vancouver, if this poor memory serves correct. I'll let you know if I can learn more. Thanks for the post. Hardrocker
