Fuel Cell (FCEL) has announced it is increasing its float by up to 15%, pricing the shares at a 25% discount to the price this week. As a result the open market has fallen 17%. 247wallst.com. They announced the 'public offering' overnight, and filled it overnight.

I am seriously bummed. My position had just moved into the black. I dollar-cost averaged on the way down so I have a substantial position in the stock. Back in the red now.
