broke 1 the evaluation your guessing at is irrelevant anyway and is not the only consideration in the suit, the future of what ATP could have been and what revenue might have been generated if this blowout and shutdown had not happened.The lawyers for ATP need to get this before a jury and not just a judge.The Shimshon well drilled off the coast of Israel in longterm revenue generation could be worth billions I understand they had control of 3 contigues blocks, they had just drilled this successfull well at about the time of the blowout. This is one of the largest gas findings ever - So much for bad management, this one find could have made this company.
