Tim: Post 24 is one of the best post I have seen on day trading
How about some more point on what to look out for in day trading.

I have just started day trading and It took me a while to understand
point 5 that you wrote in your post...Once I did things worked a lot
better. I did quite well trading the small bounce on Oracle today!

One thing, what kind of system are you using to trade with?
I am using PC Quote and Datek to trade with. I find that using Datek is very slow and clumbersome to place orders. I am finding that orders need to be placed within 5-20 seconds to the broker or many times
you may get shut out of the window(I am using limit orders).

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Mark Bartlett
