John, I just want to thank you for your continued great posts on the current state of Florida real estate as well as property trends in other US markets. You are really very talented in both analyzing investment properties as well as communicating your interpretation of trends.

Oh, stay cool, keep away from the Mega Snakes, and keep your homeowners insurance rates down.

Of course, I only realistically think one of those three is probably do-able. <G>
