PTSC-SEC-Wondering why no one questions the trading ahead of the licensing agreements that were noticed (PR'ed) by TPL/ALLIACENSE, which were issued PRIOR to PTSC's announcements, back in the day.. And WHY, exactly, was that firm allowed to put the PR out ahead of PTSC....it would give the appearance that the Alliacense crew wanted a head start in the trading??....nah, say it ain't so, Clyde...
