OFF TOPIC: (but relevant to the overall market.) nando.net With the SEC taking the lead to force disclosure by the big cap markets regarding Y2K vulnerabilities and combined with the growing evidence of Asia's unpreparedness with Y2K compliance may prove a one-two punch to earnings expectations for 1998. I have already mentioned the Y2K issue to BC regarding their TI45 PLC (logic chip) and he has assured me that it has been fixed. Now we have to ensure that GRNO vendors that make the crucial components like the TO and the pumps are aware of their Y2K vulnerability. Call me alarmist on this issue, but I'm a true believer in the dangers of ignoring this problem. Regards, Ron
