Bob, I do believe that ARET worth more than 4 cents. That's why I
added 50k when it pulled back to 0.04 from it's recent ran up. But then it went all the way down. That's when I decided to base my future purchase decision on chart. This time I waited and bought more at 0.023 when the chart showed signs of upward movement. Another stock (QGLY)I own is also undervalued. No matter how you calculate QGLY's PE, that stock should worth $25 - $30. But it is trading at $16+ today. It moves up on expectations of each earning release and goes down afterward (despite tha fact that it beats earning all the time). My point is that although the stock is trading at a range far below its true value, the expections of news (good or bad) can still gets factored in to move the stock up or down within the current (undervalued) trading range.
Regards,
yongzhi
