Hello Mike,

How much does fear and greed motivate the market?

I do not wish to be cynical, but can price manipulation exist?

I had some name recognition when I read your article on MSN investor. I reread some of your old posts on SLOT (you questioned growth prospects). SLOT went from 25 to 93 after repeated quarters of better than estimated earnings (despite the resignation of the CFO), followed by a secondary stock offering (sales by insiders @91), and then the announcement that estimates for this quarter won't be met, and the stock drops to 52.

OXHP is not the same animal, but in your opinion, do you think the information flow can be logically explained? I am long OXHP, but not at serious risk. Can you step back and accept the announcements from management in light of what you know now?

This question is not asked because of current litigation, but rather for my impression of long term recovery.

BTW I would appreciate your comments on HLYW if you have any.

Pete
