That is the right strategy and Tim knows it, SVB has the cash and the management to avoid low-ball offers (that's all you will get this year), this company is prepared to go on suspended animation for a year until prices recover, then start talking again....ANYTHING LESS THAN 1.50 PER SHARE WOULD BE A FAILURE !!
