Paperless society is here with all the smartphones and laptops to download bigdata. Its prudent for ARRS to support a BBS program for set-top box at home(Mystic BBS) for remote wifi or 3/4g use BBS as data center. 4 data channels can handle 400 BBS users daily. There is no doubt that each one of us need a data center at home to support our personal data storage instead of library of papers indexed.
