The last I heard was the file was confirmed received, and they application was still pending. From experience I will tell you I have never seen an application approved in the last two week of December. NASDAQ is virtually on autopilot the last two weeks. If I had to guess, (I emphasize this is not a fact) the company will get an answer by the third week in January. I will try to keep everyone posted.
