Greetings TM Glen, TM's et al: Yes, very much here. To the detrement of my other responsibilities. I 100% concur with how you related JT's comments on under-valueation, where and when to do an offering. I think it is fair to say he was VERY firm about this issue. This guy knows what he is doing, where he wants to go and how to get there. Preservation and growth of shareholder value appears to be high on his agenda.
One of the many things which impressed me about JT was his awareness of the undervaluation of the stock. Given that the aquisions have been choosing to take a majority of their payout in stock, it would seem that they would agree. As someone observed, the folks who recently VERY RECENTLY took a few million shares at 8.50 are very happy campers.
I can handle no dilution till $30. Right again about a debt offering with warrants. It would be a great way to pick up shares cheapola. (a New York City term) Just kidding.
Regards TM's, Pete
**OFF TOPIC** Hey, Glen, GTC@12 HHUUUUUUMMMMM. Probably a good idea but I didn't want to wait for a partial retracement which will surely occur, but when. I just want to own it, now. I am not a good trader and I know it. But, I do solid research and I can find'em! |
