Good question, from observations of mars is one answer,our moon helps stabilize & maintain axis. You would have an entirely different situation to abstract if you had that same wobble which finds mars' polar region vary as much as wobble/drifting down to where that planet's equator is.

An interesting situation to imagine, where you in Canada would end up having the climate of Bora Bora & back again routinely. You can thank the big guy for the moon, you wouldnt exist without it, the moon has helped robust life to evolve many ways.
