Thanks for the positive feedback. Has been cool here the past week so one out of three ain't bad.. Brutal weather this winter up north might accelerate the next bubble down here. Amazing how the cycles continue to shorten. Can see new all time highs already in many markets in the NE and west coast so if you do the TA thing for leading edge RE markets is another sign of this trend continuing. Not saying I like this or want personally it but it is what it is make the best of it and be opportunistic. Goes without saying this one will end bad to.. Where do you live and what are you seeing?
