You may have a point.

If it's true that they want to get their stock price down to help minimize the cost of employee options, chiming in here would certainly be one way to do it.

Problem is, MSFT is the teflon stock. I've thought for as long as I can remember that it is overvalued (still do), but that doesn't seem to matter.
