Like all those off shore Wind Mills in North Germany, hooked up to nothing... Now that said, those mills in no way stay idle: They are kept on the move by polluting diesel engines making sure, that the mill bearings etc. don't get destroyed by idling engines in the salty space of the North Sea :) /Taro
