Fred: For 30+ years I have seen individuals do better than brokers.

Did you just plan on insulting just me, or did you want to include every investor on the thread? If it's just me, I can except it, but not without this reply.

What makes you think that a brokerage firm is better than an educated personal investor? If you, Fred, took the time, you could prepare your will, estate, living trust, tax return and defend yourself in a criminal trial better than any expert accountant or attorney. Time is on the individual's side, an expert cannot expend the time and effort needed to specialize for any one individual client. Thus, an individual with intellegence, time and research ability can exceed the results of any expert. We are in the age of education and communication, enter here.

Man, I have seen more tax returns than your brokerage firm has stock certificates. Heard more individuals of all levels of income, bad mouthing their brokers for not knowing which end is up, their capital losses explain it all. The only one that made out were the brokers.

Evidently you don't read the general part of the newspaper, study after study has proven that kids with darts can pick better winners the renouned experts. If you told me that your company employed expert dart throwers, I'd be impressed and would refer you business.

I also have seen little old ladies make more money on their trades than most educated, so called stock experts. Why and how, they have time and patience on thier side.

One of your guys was on CNBC the other morning. When asked about the current market, his answer was "Beats the heck out of me, we don't know" This was the most truthful answer that I have ever heard.

What ever happened to Kidder Peobody, did they go out of business playing Mr. Market. How about the most recent brokerage problems in Japan, the bank in England, it goes on and on.

You have made good points with your reports on Nexel radio sales to fellow brokers, but that's where it ends, doesn't it. How about some war stories, like how much money your company made for investor clients. Do I hear anything, nope not a word.

I hate to respond this way Fred, but, calling me Mr. Market really got the fir up.

Heck, I'm not even going to sign this one
