TRANSGAMING TO RELEASE SECOND QUARTER FISCAL 2014 RESULTS

TransGaming Inc. will release its unaudited interim financial statements for the three and six months ended Nov. 30, 2013, on Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2014, after the close of the markets. The company's financial statements, and accompanying management discussion and analysis will be posted to SEDAR.
