Doubt you will keep good workers should minimum wage rise and you fire part of your workforce, proportionally to the minimum wage hike, and increase the workload on the others, who you allow to keep their jobs. There are those who believe in the 'Sweet Shop' ethos and This is why Unions are important in the USA.
