Fair enough, M. Doesn't give me the warm 'n fuzzies, but I hear ya and appreciate the feedback. With respect to the meeting minutes, they are public so the FDA should expect them to be made public and cannot stop their release if someone really wants them.
Couple of things still bother me. First, any idea why mgt decided to update their Powerpoint presentation on a nearly daily basis over the last couple of weeks? Our old buddy Dominic did a great job on his blog parsing the slight modifications. If I understood correctly, he opined that some message could be inferred, but with the PR now out, I am at a loss to explain the purpose of the cryptic messages. In other words, they could have waited and did one update to the presentation after the PR release. So, other than possibly fueling the parabolic and short-lived rise in the stock price, anyone have a rational explanation?
Second, I may have missed it, but what was the source of the speculation of deals with China and India? I do not recall reading anything about them. Sounds reminiscent of the supposed sale of the OTC line of products that mgt would repeatedly raise on a yearly basis way back when...
I will go back to lurking on a couple of positive notes - First, despite the rise and crash, my guess is that warrants were converted and PVCT should now be flush with cash. So while the end game may still be a long way off, there should be no need for more dilution any time soon. Second, I still like the move from Nevada to Delaware because if this thing was totally bogus as some/many have suggested over the years, why would they make that move now? |
