Have already told you, the crucifix is a monsterous symbol of terrible torture, which no children anywhere should have to be exposed to, ever. How about pendants & statues of burning witches & heretics too, might as well be honest about your past. Its blatantly & simply stupid thing to do, just medieval to subject children to this kind of hideous past , let them at grow up first before thrusting that nightmare image on their minds.
Yes its wonderful example of sacrifice, but you don't see Buddhist wearing self-mmolated flaming monks as pendants around their necks. Or Jews forcing their children to wear castings of immaciated, skin & bones victims of concentration camps. Not for the eyes of children, this isnt a liberal thing, but a common sense thing. I think theres some kind of maudlin pride & superiority going on here, Buddhists easily matched the sacrifice, in recent times for the entire world to see. |
