There is a governance problem at WiLAN. How is it that the company has not been forced to write down the failed TriVision acquisition? It is clear at this point that the asset is impaired (possibly severely) and should be written down.... When will the BoD and company auditors wake up on this, and many other issues of honesty and integrity at the company!? This is not the time for business as usual.
