Nice graph. Unfortunately for you, it shows global warming began long before CO2 reached its current high levels, LOL.

Let's extend it out to 2100 and see what kinds of temperatures we'll get:



As the pause continues, the slope of those red and blue lines will continue to drop. And the estimates of CO2 sensitivity will continue to drop. And estimates of how hot the planet gets will continue to drop.

The pause didn't destroy the idea of "warming", what it destroyed was the idea of "catastrophic warming".

What you wanted was for temperatures to accelerate. What you got was deceleration.
