Keith:

I rcvd the article as well and found no stock activity. I spoke with DRT on AMZ. He feels only the Kipushi/Kolwezi is of priority for AMZ. Other projects (Brasil, Zambia, Angola) or not of interest for the moment. I suppose the appointment of Stewart doesn't have any effect (for now) on the Congo interests. Latest news I have on Congo is that Jean Boulle went home with negative results, as he could not get the agreements (re)confirmed.

That is why I think they should get their attention to Angola as well. There they should have all agreements, according to their own information.

Further, I wouldn't buy at this moment as Congo can go any way from this point. I'm getting doubts on Angola as their non-interest doesn't make sense to me. It still is one of the biggest diamond concessions of the world. Who wouldn't be interested?

It still remains a fact of life that AMZ exists only on some (unconfirmed) agreements of properties that are not of priority to them. Only interest is Congo, but the agreement doesn't look to good.

Would you buy?

Josh.
