| | | Thanks, Neeka....I was so mad about this, and still am.....We spend lots and lots of money on insurance, only to find we can be fooled again and again....NO ONE I know ever goes to the hospital "just for the heck of it"... In our case, together we spend over $23,000 per YEAR for medical insurance for both of us, plus whatever charges aren't paid for by that insurance...I really pitched a fit about this, and when I got better, called the CEO of the Hospital's Adm Assist, and nicely told her my thoughts,....also said I was at least a bit visible in the community, belonged to a large group of women, and would be telling my tale to many of them, so they were on the lookout... When I had to be admitted again for a different thing a year later, the CEO and head of PR came to visit for a bit....he knew who I was from the event before.....<ggg> One can make their point perfectly clear by using lots of honey along with the spoon of vinegar....
