Doubt you will keep good workers should minimum wage rise.... Why would "good workers" be working at the minimum wage? That might fit the definition of oxymoronic. IMO, good workers are recognized and appreciated by management, and not allowed to be unhappy enough to be looking for a different job. It has nothing to do with color, race, or education. It has everything to do with work ethics and one's upbringing in early life.
