That CO2 is causing temperatures to rise is settled. Whether the fast response will be a 3 degree C rise or a 5 degree rise won't be known until 40 years after CO2 hits 560.

We will discover a few positive feedback loops (and lots of other stuff) we don't now about yet, but, unless somebody manages to show that this is because the cosmic wind is slowing down, or we are getting more heat from the moon, or the pole flip caused it, there are no undiscovered forcings. I can't recall any recent hopeful discoveries. Mostly it's about things like sudden onset of methane plumes, and the effects of persistent arctic ice deficit on the jet stream and western hemispheric weather.
