I'm highly averse to dogmatic thinking, which is the norm in the aviation world which is hidebound and dogmatic. Again, in your "opinion". Not shared by any of us who work in the field of Aviation. Get your pilot's license and we will listen to you. Your ignorance is astounding! Those of us who work in the aviation community want to continue to increase safety and reduce the loss of life. Your logic tragically fails in that area. We have built on past mistakes and learned from them. Checklists have reduced aviation accidents. Statistics have proven that in spades. It works. Eric
