It's doubltful that Shorts were totally to blame for the unchanged price. Just as likely, there were many people who bought IOMG below 15 and decided to take profits while they could. Also, there were probably many investors that bought below 18 and wanted to get out while the market peaked. As much as we would like to blame shorts for negative price movements, in truth, longs who close their positions also contribute to negative price movements.

BTW Although I purchased several hundred shares at 15, I was not among those who have sold their shares.
