it caught everyone by surprise. I have like 30 people at a going away lunch a week from now. They were not listening. I told them I was going to put my resume on the street if things did nto change. Yes, from Nov 11 until Dec 28, I worked every single day, at least 12 hrs a day. Christmas day I worked 18 hrs. I have recently been told that I was transferred to another department in December. I was never told this until after I resigned. Political BS from my project director, has cost me my job and the company, the use of my services. I can be replaced. No big deal. It took me 8 months to find a candidate with qualifications similar to mine. I wish them happy hunting. I off to a new company and a new job and hopefully my last job. Looking for 15 years. Then out.
